Account and access
You are responsible for your workspace users, permissions, and API keys. Keep credentials secure and use role-based access for internal teams.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, deceptive, or harassing calling campaigns.
- Follow local telecom regulations, consent rules, and internal compliance policies.
- Do not attempt to abuse or disrupt the platform.
Customer data and content
Your workspace controls what is stored (metadata, transcripts, summaries). You retain rights to your content. Echo is provided as a tool to help automate conversations under your instructions.
Billing and plans
Billing depends on your selected plan and usage. Some costs (such as carrier/telephony) may vary by provider and region.
Warranties and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Echo supports human workflows but does not replace your compliance obligations or required disclosures.
